Managing an Art Gallery

Next, ensure that you are offering a fair price for each art piece you are selling. Make it too expensive and people will shy away from your gallery. If a customer comes in, be kind and accommodating, but do not disturb if he appears deep in thought about a piece. If you get an order, make sure you deliver promptly. Managing a business is really just all about satisfying customers, so do your best in that regard.
